In addition to painting miniatures, I often write about painting miniatures.
Whether to share thoughts I have on the hobby and the culture surrounding it or to document how I went about a particular painting project, I’m as happy clacking away on a keyboard as I am pushing a paintbrush. My articles have been published in Wargames Illustrated, Fauxhammer.com (https://www.fauxhammer.com/author/oberael/) and There Will Be Games (https://www.ubarose.com/by-author/authors-emeriti/articles-by-ben-porter). I also curate my own blog here on my website with many examples of my writing and co-founded and co-hosted the Unlucky Frog Gaming Podcast.
